"My husband and I connected with Gregory Dalessio to sell our home while we were building our new home. We had spoken with other realtors prior to this and had awful experiences to say the least. From the first pre-list meeting, to the many showings and multiple offers, and eventually to the closing table and beyond, Gregory made a very stressful process much less stressful. "About five months ago we were approved to buy a home. Greg went above an beyond to where we literally had to do none of the work. Greg found all of the houses and set up all of the appointments. Even when there was a full day of nothing that we were happy with, he was there to guide us and most definitely if it weren't for him we would have been a lot more stressed and discouraged. Once we found the house that we were so in love with he went back and fourth to get us to where we wanted to be. Greg went to bat for us multiple times and ultimately helped us with even more than expected to where we may close comfortably. I must say that having Greg by our side ever step of the way has made us feel even more comfortably set for in the future for our next purchase in a home."

"Gregory took care of my property in Port St Lucie FL for over 2 years after we moved back to the Midwest. We initially rented the property and Gregory managed the rent payments and taking care of the property and communicating with the tenant on a regular basis. He handled all of the typical landlord issues that would occur such as making sure that the house and tenants were protected during the hurricane last year and made sure that the hurricane shutters were installed properly . When we decided to sell our home. He did a great job with the marketing and negotiating and made sure that we received the best offer. All in all, I highly recommend Gregory as an agent for selling or renting your home"
